I’m Noa Stirling, a writing coach and a creativity coach, and also the founder of Write.Your. I’m so happy you’re here.
This workshop is a space for you to slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself through writing.
In this workshop, we’ll explore past challenges, uncover your resilience, and practice techniques to cultivate calm and gratitude. You don’t need to be a writer to benefit from this, just an open mind and a willingness to put your thoughts on paper.
Write Your Peace Of Mind is a self-paced writing workshop with 4 sessions for you to write with. Each session will include guided journaling exercises designed to help you reflect, gain insight, and build your personal toolkit for managing stress and finding peace in daily life.
Each session suggest about 20-30 minutes of writing time.
Each Session has 3-4 writing prompts with timers that will help you frame your writing time. You can work with the whole session in one time or take it one prompt at a time.
All you need is a quiet spot, a notebook and a pen.
